Refund policy
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through www.imatecmedical.co.uk.
1. GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for any reason and in any time period, provided items are:
- unused and in saleable unexpired condition
- in the same condition received
- in original, unmarked packaging

with all tags and accessories included
Custom-made items cannot be refunded.
Consumer buyers retain statutory rights which cannot be excluded.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Your item must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom-made items are only returnable if faulty.
3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact us at hello@imatecmedical.co.uk for approval.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide the returns address.
- Wrap the item securely to protect the packaging.

Send the parcel using a tracked service (recommended).
4. REFUNDS
Once your item is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
5. EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered where items are available. If out of stock, we may offer an alternative or refund.
6. FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you believe your item is faulty, contact us promptly with:
- order number
- description of the issue

As a distributor, certain performance issues may require referral to the manufacturer.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
