Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – WHO WE SELL TO (B2B and B2C)

Imatec Medical LTD primarily supplies products business-to-business (“B2B”), including to qualified aesthetic practitioners and registered businesses.

However, some items may also be sold direct-to-consumer (“B2C”).
 Where a purchase is made by a consumer:

  • UK consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will apply.
  • Returns and statutory warranties cannot be restricted.

Where a purchase is made as a business, you confirm that business-to-business terms apply (see Section 18).

SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
  • If purchasing as a business or practitioner, you have authority to act on behalf of that business.

SECTION 18 – BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS (B2B) TERMS

For business purchasers:

  • You confirm you are a registered business or qualified practitioner.
  • You confirm you have the necessary training to use the products.
  • You agree products will not be supplied to unqualified individuals.
  • Certain consumer protections do not apply to B2B sales (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period).

SECTION 19 – DISTRIBUTOR DISCLAIMER

We act solely as a distributor.

  • We do not manufacture products.
  • Products are supplied in sealed manufacturer packaging.
  • We make no guarantees regarding performance or suitability.

Performance-related concerns must be directed to the manufacturer.

SECTION 20 – LIABILITY (PROFESSIONAL USE)

To the fullest extent permitted for B2B sales:

  • Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
  • We are not liable for clinical outcomes or adverse events arising from product use.
